Soul Yoga OHC is an inclusive and uplifting community where we honor and elevate each other through quality, wellness-centered yoga classes, training, workshops and events.
Soul offers everyone – whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice – a range of classes from fast-paced, energy-driven flows to a more gentle, restorative practice. All classes will provide a balance and depth to your practice no matter your experience.
